Delete Your Kuwboo Account

Last updated: 15 April 2026 · Part of our Privacy Policy

You can delete your Kuwboo account at any time. We offer two options because they suit different situations. Pick the one that fits you.

Option 1 — Deactivate (partial deletion)

Your profile is hidden, notifications stop, you disappear from search and discovery. Your data is kept for 30 days so you can come back by just signing in.

Choose this if: you need a break, you're not sure, or you want the option to reactivate.

Option 2 — Delete permanently (full deletion)

Your personal data is erased within 30 days of your request. This cannot be undone after the 30-day grace period.

Choose this if: you're certain you want to leave and you don't plan to return.

How to delete your account — in the Kuwboo app

  1. Open Kuwboo on your phone.
  2. Tap your Profile (bottom-right tab).
  3. Tap Settings (gear icon, top-right of the profile screen).
  4. Scroll to Account.
  5. Tap Delete account.
  6. Choose Deactivate (partial) or Delete permanently (full).
  7. Confirm with the one-time code we send to your phone or email. This confirms it's really you.
Don't have access to the app? If you can no longer sign in — for example, you've lost the phone number you registered with — email us at neildouglas33@hotmail.co.uk from an email address that can prove your identity (the email on file, or one that matches recent transactions). We will verify and delete manually within 30 days.

What we must keep, even after full deletion

Even when we fully delete your account, a small amount of data has to stay for legal or safety reasons. It is minimised and is not used for anything else.
