This page is the destination for the footer link required by California Civil Code §1798.135. The opt-out itself lives inside the Kuwboo app under Settings › Privacy & Safety › Privacy. A standalone web-only opt-out that works without signing in is still on the roadmap; until then the email route below is the signed-out path.
Sec-GPC header is honoured on every request. What is not yet built is a self-service opt-out from this page for people who are not signed in — use the email address below for that.
Kuwboo does not sell personal information to third parties for money. The California Privacy Rights Act also covers "sharing" — disclosing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Kuwboo treats analytics and any future ad-network integrations as in scope.

Kuwboo respects the Sec-GPC: 1 request header set by browsers and extensions that support the Global Privacy Control standard. When the header is present, Kuwboo treats the current request as if the user has opted out, even if they have not signed in or set the toggle.
